Raw Food Preparation Demos – Metro Bangkok*
Interested in getting a taste of how to prepare delicious, fresh raw food dishes? Whether your group is a non-profit, a women’s club, or a corporate office looking to inspire your employees to eat a healthier lunch, let us come by and show you just how fun and easy healthy living can be!
A brief introduction to what is meant by raw and living foods, their benefits, and living a ‘raw food lifestyle,’ followed by a preparation demo of 1-2 recipes which will be passed and sampled by attendees (recipe handouts also provided). A list of recipe choices for you to select will be provided upon booking.
1 hr duration (not including set-up and pack-down time)
5,500 Thai baht (additional charge will be applied for food overage if more than 12 attendees)

Private Classes for Individuals, Groups or Parties – Metro Bangkok*
Prices are for a 3.5 hr demonstration-style class (not including set-up and pack-down) in which at least 5 recipes will be taught. Participants will receive a typed handout which includes the recipes and a raw food quick guide, and will be able to sample all items produced in the class (portion sizes per person will be directly related to the amount of participants in the class, i.e., fewer participants = larger portion sizes for attendees). Classes can be held at our facility in central Bangkok, or at your location, provided it is adequate for the group size booked.

Classes are available for 1 (private class) to 10 people, on the following price scale:
- 1 participant, 12,000 Thai baht per person
- 2 participants, 6,250 Thai baht per person
- 3 participants, 4,500 Thai baht per person
- 4 participants, 3,750 Thai baht per person
- 5-6 participants, 3,000 Thai baht per person
- 7-10 participants, 2,250 Thai baht per person

Kitchen Clear-Out & Organization for Raw Food Success – Metro Bangkok*
Are your cupboards in need of a healthy overhaul? No idea how to set up your kitchen into raw food prep ‘stations’ for maximum ease and time-savings when it comes to daily food preparation?
Let us come over and get fierce with your pantry, helping you sort out the nutritional good from the bad and the ugly! We’ll go through what you should keep and what you should throw away, how to store your healthy raw food staples, and how to implement basic organizational strategies immediately into your kitchen, no matter what the size or layout (handouts on the above, a sheet of jar labels, 1 kilo of either raw organic cashews or raw almonds (your choice), plus a nut and seed soaking guide and Bangkok raw food resource list are included).

Planning a health, yoga or detox retreat and would love to incorporate raw food instruction as part of the life-changing curriculum for your attendees? We’re here to help! Regardless of the level of involvement (i.e., 1 day, to full participation in a week or longer program), we would love to work with you to help create the experience you envision, whether it is in Thailand or the French Alps, in cabins on the beach or at a 5-star facility. Here are just a few of the almost limitless possibilities for services which we could provide:
- Short raw food talks and demos for retreat attendees, including small samples or full meals
- Themed raw food prep classes (morning or afternoon) or longer day or weekend workshops
- Food preparation for attendees’ programs, whether liquid fasting, low-fat raw food menu items, or standard raw food fare (without without attendee instruction)
