Basic Green Juice
This simple basic go-to recipe for 'green juice' will have you hydrated, alkalized and energized in the morning. Extra lemon and ginger can be added, according to your personal preferences.
Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 stems of kale
- 1 carrot or peeled beet (beetroot)
- 1/2 lemon
